Are Anal Bleeding, Stomach Issues And Dizziness Suggestive Of Colitis?

I have been experiencing stomach upset with occasional stomach pain and diarrhea with each bowel movement for about three months. I occasionally have blood in my stool, but only when I m pushing. This week, with no pushing during a movement before bed, I felt an odd stomach ache and woke up the next morning with enough blood in my pants, similar to a large menstrual bleed, only it came from my anus and I ve already had a complete hysterectomy. Over the months, the symptoms are increasing and today I woke barely able to walk due to excessive dizziness. It seems like colitis. I m seeing a new Internist and want to make sure I m asking all of the right questions. Thank you.
