General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I understand that you want to look taller. But unfortunately, the things you mentioned as ankle weights and stretching or protein intake will not help in your case as by age 20, all the bones would have fully grown and the ossification centres (growing areas of bones) would have closed.
But you can continue to consume milk and do physical exercise regularly so that you can supplement calcium for your body and keep your bones healthy.
I find this answer helpful
