Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I have gone through your history and understand your concern, these medications will help to reduce the symptoms but this is not the permanent cure.
I would suggest you to undergo skin prick test for most prevalent allergens like dust, mite, pollen, food and chemicals.

This will help you to identify the allergens causing these symptoms and you can avoid these alkergens which are the triggering factors for your symptoms.

If you can't avoid these allergens you can go for immunotherapy. Either you can go for sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) or subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT).
Thank you.
