Hello,

You have not mentioned the exact pathology or symptom that you are suffering from. According to you there is some damage to the bottom of the heart but the blood flow and beating of the heart is good. You should get routine blood tests for heart done, get lipid function tests done. You can get ECG or X-ray done if required. Doctors recommend angioplasty to treat an abnormal stress test, in case of chest pain, to increase blood flow to the heart, to reduce chest pain, or angina, to improve blood supply to the heart muscle if a heart attack is detected.

You are suggested to talk to your treating doctor if you have such symptoms. You will be treated accordingly. You should take healthy home made food cooked in olive oil. Avoid any other oil, stay away from trans fat, refined flour, excess sugar, full fat dairy products, red meat, do regular walking in the morning and evening. You can take lean meat, small fishes, dry fruits, fruits, veggies, well cooked whole cereals, prefer to take boiled food over oily fried food. Stay away from packaged food, take fresh food. Avoid addictions (alcohol, smoking, etc.). Get repeat lipid function tests done every 45 days as you stay in diet control. You will feel better.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
