Are Back Pain, Tingly Breast And Headaches Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

hi,
I've recently has unprotected sex with my partner (3rd June) and my period is usually a 28 day cycle due on the 18th. I have had bad back pain, a tingly breast (left side) tiredness and constant headaches since. could I be pregnant or is it too early to tell?

Hi,
Since you had the intercourse during the fertile period, your chances of conception are high and your symptoms are suggestive of that. Please wait for your cycle to set in and if you miss your period, go for a home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine 3-7 days later. If you wish for an earlier and better confirmation, you can get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres. A trans-vaginal sonogram performed a week after the missed period gives better clarification. Hope this helps.
