Are Beta Blockers Recommended For Social Anxiety Disorder?

hi i am in my late 20s, suffering from social anxiety disorder, my heart starts pounding heart in interview and on stage (Public Speaking) ; i lose control over my words.. due to heart pounding. Heard about Beta blockers, but not sure which one to take.

You can take beta blocker like propranolol. That would help to control somatic symptoms like increase heart beat, tingling sensation or tremor. With beta blocker, you can also try some antidepressant like paroxetine and benzodiazepine. That would help to control psychological anxiety. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper medications.
