Are Bloating And Nausea Caused Due To Indigestion?

I have been experiencing bad indigestion for the last several days. It was severe Fri evening. I had to loosen my bra, un buckle my pants, felt nauseated. It felt like a hole was burning under by breast bone. The past 2 days I have similar burning, so I haven t eaten much. I feel somewhat lethargic and lightheaded occasionally. Should I be concerned?

Yes, I think this could be an ulcer. Please see a doctor as soon as possible. In the meantime please take some Omeprazole which is available over the counter.
