Are Bloating, Headache And Weight Gain Signs Of PMS?

Hello, I am a 40 yr old very active female. I have been suffering from what I can describe as PMS like symptoms for a least 18 mounths on and off. Lately they are progressively worse. I am very lethargic, bloated, irritable, stomach discomfort and pain at times, headaches, gaining weight for no reason and because of that overall not happy. I have had some recent blood work that showed that my red blood count was a little low, but other than that all seemed normal. I am very frustrated and I am starting to cry at times because of it. I have a great life and none of this makes sense. I don t know what to do

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome you are thinking about is very less likely in this age but the symptom what ever you are having could be due to menopause, it is the psychological disorders, so just try to come out of this and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
