Are Bloating, Spotting, Body Pain And Abdominal Cramps Sign Of Early Pregnancy?

Hii …. I dont know i am pregnant or not while there is a tym in my menstrual cycle . But i am bloating, in between i hve experience bleeding in form of drops , mild cramping at abdominal at differents point , bidy pain , aches , headaches and nausea .while having intercourse u have no pain or blood but while doing fingering there is a complain of blood. . Can u guide me about this ? Is it the sign of early pregnancy ?

Hello,

After unprotected sex without regular contraceptive pills or emergency contraceptive pill, you may be experiencing early pregnancy signs and implantation bleeding. You are suggested not to do fingering or sex for a couple of days. Get pregnancy test done with the first morning, mid-stream urine.

If positive result is obtained you should get clinically examined by a Gynae, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus. Get required blood tests and USG (uterus and fallopian tubes done) to detect ectopic pregnancy or to confirm pregnancy and look on the wellbeing of the fetus and gestational age. Even if you are detected non-pregnant you will be treated accordingly.
