Are Blood In Stool And Tight Feeling In The Chest While Playing Tennis Due To Inhalation Of A Lot Of Spray Paint Fumes?

My husband inhaled a lot of spray paint fumes on Wednesday. He had some blood in his stool but that went away after a day. Today he felt a tight feeling in his chest while playing tennis. Will these symptoms get better untreated or is there more he should do beyond resting now.
