Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

The answer is 'no' in your case.
Any mosquito borne illness takes atleast 7 days to get manifested after exposure.
The symptoms you are facing are due to viral flu.
You just need to have adequate rest and hydration.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained by drugs like acetamiophen or paracetamol .

if symptoms persists beyond 3 days, you may need to visit physician for detailed medical history and proper physical examination.
You may require antibiotics course for 5-7 days.

hope I answered your query.
Feel free to ask any more doubt.
I find this answer helpful
