Are Breast Soreness, White Discharge And Spotting Side Effects Of Plan B?

Hi Im 16 years old girl. Im 5 1 and Im 130lbs. I took an emergency contraceptive 6 days ago but Im afraid i might still be pregnant. I took the Plan B next choice pill 4 days after i had sex with my boyfriend. I was wondering if a thick white discharge from my vagina is a normal side effect? And are there signs to whether or not the pill worked? Since taking the pill i have experienced soreness of my nipples and i had a little spotting after the discharge. Im really nervous. Please help.
