Hi,

You need admission in hospital till your saturation comes to normal levels:
ABG and pulse oximetry to be done, Albuterol [ 2.5-5mg every 20 min for 3 doses, then 1-4 hr needed dilution to saline 3-4 ml needed so for these all you need to be in ER
* After that, if you have obesity then weight lose is good [5-10%]
* Sulfites can be avoided if present in any food
* Exposure to irritants/allergen avoided \ skin testing can be done
* Stay away from any tobacco smoke, high level pollution, beta blockers, aspirin, N-saids, occupational exposure. Join online art of living breath meditation workshop its promising and helps relieving symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
