Are Calcium, Vitamin And Omega Supplements Safe During Pregnancy?

HI, I am 22 weeks pregnant and y doctor suggested me that i need 1000 mg of calcim and 60 mg of iron everyday. I am taking Nutrilite supplements from Amway where the Cal Mag D has 200 mg calcium and tri iron folic has 15 mg of iron. Apart from this i do take Salmon omega 3, Daily-Multivitamin, Natura B and Bio C.Are these sufficient enough?

yes, these are vitamin and Mineral suppements.
there is no side effects of these vitamins during pregnancy.
you should continue.
and in addition if you are in 1st trimeste, add Tab Folic Acid 400 daily
