Are Chronic Headaches, RLS And IBS Related To Fibromyalgia?

Hi, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 7 years ago. The pain is unmanageable most of the time. I have tried several medications but because I am allergic to sulfa drugs and triptains my options have been few. I also have RLS, IBS, & Chronic Daily Headaches. Could all of this really be realed to a Fibromyalgia Diagnosis or are my doctors using this as a catch all? I just want one day pain free!
