Are Circular Spots On Legs Suggestive Of Spider Bites?

My grandson has two spots on his legs one looks circular with a like white cross or x in the middle, I took a picture of it for you to see but can t figure out how to upload it. Could it be spider bites? He is at a friend s in a different city, His dad is sleeping, has to be up at 4a.

Hello,

Dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. Maybe. There is the BULLSEYE spot from LYME disease, where the center goes normal and there is a wave of raised red skin going outward.

There is the red that turns into a cigarette burn with major scarring from recluse spider.

There are a lot of spiders. they all have venom and bites and one can have an allergic reaction to them with hives or slight irritation that is red and raised and sometimes there can be infection with spreading redness warmth and pus. Mostly, they just go away in a few days.
