Are Cold Chills And Heart Palpitations Related To High Blood Pressure?

I have high blood pressure and take a combination of medicines. I have been out of one of my meds and for the last 3 days I have been very sleepy, when I wake up I have heart palpitations, I am hot to the touch my ears are bright red and burning, but I keep getting cold chills does all this go hand in hand with my BP

Hello,
Yes This could be because of raised blood pressure.
You should continue with your medicine. In addition get an ultrasonography abdomen and get blood test to rule out pheochromocytoma.
Get physician consultation done.
