Are Condoms The Reasons For Urinary Tract Itching With Frequent Urination?

Everytime i use a condom during sex. My urinary tract feels itchy urinate frequently. Tjis has occured many times over the years and when i go to the doctor i was not diagnosed with an std. Is it possible that condoms are causing me to have this sensation?
