Are Constipation And Bloating A Matter Of Concern?

i have been gassy in stomach for 4 days, hurts after eating, get constipated, my stomach gets hard during this pain. it was constant pain for two days, now it seems to only get bad after eating anything. is this anything I should be worried about, this has never happened to me before.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the flatulence or dyspepsia then it may be due to infection and most probably it is the Giardiasis, Tinidazole with Ofloxacin can be tried twice in day for two days, hope this information helps.
