Are Coronary Artery Disease And Spondylosis Related To Each Other?

is there any relation between coronary artery disease and spondilosys? my husband had CAD just a year back and then later on was under medication. recently he has stopped all allopathic drugs and he has started taking homeopathic drugs. now he has this spondilosys type pain in neck and left upper arm outer side. is there any relation between this pain and CAD? is money important for such questions?
