Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for contacting HCM
I understand your concern, I am Dr Arun Tank, Infectious Disease Specialist answering your query.

Becoming lean and having white patch in the mouth dosent make you in the category of the STD.

As your test is coming negative there is no need to worry for you.

As your chew tobacco, it sometimes causes white patch in the mouth.

So there is no need to worry you are not having STD by this symptoms only.
