Are Cramps And Twinges In Lower Abdomen Signs Of Pregnancy?

I m trying to get pregnant. Today is my ovulation date I took a opk test it came back negative My period is from Sept 2-7 I have been having sex all my fertile week and several days before it. I now feel little cramps/twinges in the lower abdomen. I m not sure if my ovulation date is 100 percent right. .. But with the fluttering/cramp/twinge I have going on am I pregnant

To determine if you are pregnant, you would need to do a pregnancy test either a blood test or urine test.

The test should be able to detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception though some tests, particularly blood tests, can do this sooner.
