Are Cramps Prior To Periods Implantation Cramping?

I'm beginning to cramp badly four days before my period. It's so bad I want to go seat in a hot tub. I had unprotected sex the day before I ovulated. He used the withdrawl method twice, and in between acts he urinated. I'm nineteen, I have a good health history, I weigh 96 pounds, and I'm 5'1. My question is could this possibly be implantation cramping?
