Are Cystic Structure, Unilocular,thick Walled With Crenated Internal Border And Fluid In The Posterior Cul De Sac Normal?

I have an TVS and the result is right ovary 2.44x1.9x1.66 cm,left ovary 2.34×2.5×1.64 cm within the right ovary is a cystic structure,unilocular,thick walled with crenated internal border measuring 1.2×1.23 cm.probable a corpus leteum V cervix 2.82×2.18×2.74 cm others:note of fluid in the posterior cul de sac What doesn t mean?

Hi I think ultrasound is normal. It shows that you had ovulation that means rupture of follicle happened. Fluid in cul de sac can be the follicular fluid. If you have pain or discharge per vaginal, it can be a sign of infection. Consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Hope it helps.
