Are Daily Headaches, Nausea, And Vomiting A Month After A Head Injury Normal?

I hit my head one month ago, and I didn’t lose consciousness at that time. After a week, I went to the hospital and did CAT, and they said I don’t have any problem. However, almost every day I have headaches, nausea. I throw up more than three times in a day, and I feel getting worse. So I went to take cat scan one more time, but I didn’t have any problems. I heard MRI can find problems more than CAT,so should I do that?Or CAT is enough? And these my symptoms are common?
