General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the dark stools with nausea are in concern with side effect of prenatal vitamins with iodine causing alteration in gut flora mechanics. With held the medicine intake for a couple of days and your all symptoms will disappear within 2-3 days of last dose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
