Are Dark Stools With White Lumps And Blood Due To E Coli Infection?

I've been pooping only blood for 3 days accompanied by white mucous. Just pooped for the first time in a long time and it is dark with white fatty lumps on it. I've been in the er off and on these past three days. My bile duct is dilated with no stones. They think it is an E Coli infection but I don't think so. Help?

1. white lumps in stool could be due to insufficient bile output such as cholecystitis, gall stones [excluded], parasitic infection [giardiasis], hepatitis, thus check with a general physician or Gastroenterologist for Ultrasonography and relevant Liver and Stool test.

2. White stools or white fatty lump is not normal, thus proceed with investigations to get clear picture for further management.

3. blood in stool [rectal bleeding] warrants examination by general surgeon for rectal fissure, hemorrhoid, colitis.
