Are Delayed Menstruation, Lower Back Pain And Cold Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I was supposed to get my period yesterday but I have only been spotting. This has never happened before. I have lower back pains and lower right abdominal pains. I have a cold and I am stressed. I have been having orgasms and attempting to have sex with my boyfriend. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy?

Hi,

Delayed menstruation, breast tenderness, back pains and lower abdominal pain might be a sign of early pregnancy.

Please go for a urine pregnancy test with a morning urine sample and get a blood beta HCG test done.
