Are Delayed Menstruation, Severe Headache And Abdominal Cramps Signs Of Pregnancy?

HI,I have regular cycle though i was diagnosed with PCOS,still it does not affect my monthly cycle. Not until i took folic acid (as prescribe by my Obegyne),now my period is almost 2 weeks late with negative PT, I am having severe headaches,and light cramps. I am so confused please help.thank you and godbless-

Hi, I think if your pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant. You can take some medicines like progesterone for inducing periods. Periods can get delayed if ovulation didn't happen in that month, which is generally common in PCO patients.
