Are Delayed Periods And Sore Breasts Indicative Of Pregnancy?

Hi I am a 30 years old woman, I don t have kids. But I m really worry of being pregnant now, In my last ultrasound my doctor told me that I have polycystic ovaries, that was in October , my period was pretty irregular 30 to 37 days, in the last three months my period became regular 28 days I don t know how because I didn t take any treatment, with my boyfriend we use the pull out method on what I think was my infertile days , but I m not pretty sure if I ovulate in that time. The thing is I have a 5 days delay, my breast hurt (even when I use to have sore breast before my period) I think this time I have more time with this sore breast, Can I be pregnant?

Hi.

Pregnancy is if course possible, but it is also quite likely to be an irregularity in your period that may have manifested due to various reasons like stress, medications, infections, weight gain or weight loss, etc. Please wait for a while longer and then go ahead with the urine pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample.
