Are Delayed Periods Due To Folic Acid Tablets?

Sir, I had folvate since a month. Now I have 6 days of delayed periods. Is tis the side effect of folic acid tablet? Also I drink Herbalife shake mix. Will tis be a reason? Cox all my pregnancy tests shows negative. As we are planning for a child we find hard with negative result. Please reply

Folic acid tablets and herbalife shake mix doesn't lead to delayed periods. It can be due to hormonal disturbance or stress.
