Are Delayed Periods With Low Back Pain, Sore Breasts And Increased Saliva Early Signs Of Pregnancy ?

I'm 11 days dpo , last week I had lower back pain and then on Saturday on he 9th I had some soreness in my breast , also increased saliva in my mouth and some yellowish discharge, have been trying to conceive , are these early signs of pregnancy my period is due on the 15.

If you have regular menstrual cycle with proper ovulation- Delayed periods with sore breast & increased saliva can be taken as early signs of pregnancy.
You are trying to conceive, so get your blood pregnancy test done for confirmation.
