Are Dizziness And Anxiety Connected With The Car Accident?

I was in a car accident a month ago. I was never checked for a concussion, however, I went to the hospital 2 days ago with dizziness, ringing in my ears ( that seems to be rining through my whole head). It is almost crippling. I have problems listening throughout a conversation, and when I try o focus on something I get extremely dizzy, I m finding when I wslk im staggrring some. I was given betahstine. I wasnt told anything else, except that the ct scan was normal. Should I be cocerned?
