General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Normally, general anesthesia effect wears off depending upon the dosage consumed with individual metabolic factors of its pathway to inactive metabolites.

Dizziness with balance disturbances are not normal at 3 days period of the surgery and must be evaluated with expert anesthetic to proceed further in this management.

Till that time, drink more liquids to maintain hydration and prevent low blood pressure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
