Are Dizziness And Fasciculations The Result Of Stenosis?

I am a 44 year old healthy male that has been recently been diagnosed with moderate cervical stenosis with mild disc herniation. The neurologist can doesn't feel there is a link between my extreme dizziness (Lighheadedness) and my full body fasciculations. Is dizziness & fasciculations a direct result of stenosis?
