Are Dizziness, Light Headedness And Body Pain Related To Heart Problem?

Okay I m worried about what s wrong with me. I have these little pains all over that just come and go and sometimes it feels like my heart is hurting and I just had a flash where it felt like I had to vomit and I got dizzy and light headed and everything got dark and I just want to know what this could mean
