Are Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Blurry Vision During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?
Hi, I ve recently discovered that I m pregnant. I ve been having major issues with becoming dizzy, light headed and sometimes blurred vision that follows with it. I ve got no signs of bleeding, no abdominal pains, and the dizzy spells went from being a few minute concern to a all day type of thing. It s gotten to the point where I m light headed even when laying down and sitting down. My doctors have ran some blood tests but there s no trace of me having any form of anemia, but they ve yet to test for low blood sugar or anything else for that matter.
Congratulations for you. First thing, stay calm, stay happy and stay blessed. With your history it suggests that you are in your initial few weeks of pregnancy. During the initial weeks these symptoms like nausea, mild headache, vomiting, light headedness are very common. These are due to some physiological changes in the body during pregnancy. As your all laboratory reports are normal, you need not to worry. Conduct your Blood pressure and blood sugar test, this will clarify further. Meanwhile my advice is take some antiemetics under guidance of your obstetrist so that your nausea, dizzyness will come down. Drink lots of water, eat fruits and fruits juices, stay happy and enjoy your period of being mother.
