Actually i m confused
I am feeling symptoms of pregnancy. I m 40 yrs and a mother of 5 yrs old daughter. My belly is growing day by day same as pregnant women. I feel nausea at sm moment. Dizziness. Like to eat sour things. And a liquid drop from my nipples and itching. But at the same time i am having my periods regularly and goes for 5-7 days. I didnt checked yet as thought in periods no pregnancy. But read smwhere it is possible. Please advice.

they are signs of pregnancy but they are not definitive sign.you need to have a urine pregnancy test done to confirm pregnancy.
