Are Dizziness, Numb Arms And Discomfort In Ears During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

I felt really hot, dizzy, my arms went kind of numb and i got really shaky. My ears also felt really strange. I know that if I hadnt sat down I would have fainted. I called the doctor and he said it was normal but I cant find anyone else who has the same symptoms! Has anyone experienced this? My heartbeat is 95/min. And im 18 weeks pregnant.

Hi,

If you are getting choosy about food and are not eating well under nutrition and weak. This may happen when you are very hungry. It's called vasovegal attack and needs some water and glucose supplement for revival. Try to eat well balanced food in small but frequent servings. Iron, protein, vitamin and minerals supplements as per your treating doctor's advice.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
