Are Dizziness, Vomiting And Fatigue Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I think I may be pregnant. I had protected sex 2weeks ago and I think the condom broke or something bc I think I m pregnant . I haven t gotten my period. I ve been feeling dizzy, like throwing up, pinching in my stomach, tired, bloated, I ve been having clear and stringy discharge with no odor. A few hours after I had sex I got spotting. Am I pregnant?
