Are Dizzy Spells And Shivering Symptoms Of Concussion?

I hate to bother you on Thanksgiving. I have a question for you. My dad takes car of my mental uncle and he was upset and sometimes goes off.....Well my dad was driving....my uncle was sitting behing him....and hit him so hard he had to pull over bc he was so dizzy! This was Last Friday when this happened! Then today...I just got to my dad s and my step mom came outside to tell me. My dad was eating some chips and drinking a diet coke....she was getting out of the shower and she heard him coughing but was worried about him....bc he sounded like he was choking and Then she went into the living room. He was layed back and his eye s where rolling towards the back of his head and she said it seem like he past out.... She was yelling and shaking him and he brought his self out of it....he doesn t remember any of this beside sitting on the edge of the couch to get a drink bc he was fixing to go outside to check on my Neice ......Does this seem like a concussion? He doesn t like doin to the Dr. ...So he didn t go get checked out. His b/p was 135/84 he has high blood pressure and takes medicine....O2 was 98... He said his stomachhurts and has a headache. What is your opinion? He does have a head cold.
