Are Dizzy Spells Due To Excessive Trampolining?

I was trampolining yesterday for an hour once home I felt fine and read most of the evening when I got up to go to bed I was so giddy I though I was going to fall ...it lasted about an hour I was sick then I laid down & slept for 9 hours. Could this be related to the trampolining I m 66 years old.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is likely that it is related.

The inner ear is one of the areas of the body that is involved in balance. Certain activities that may cause disruption of the inner ear may result in problems with balance.
This can be associated with nausea.

It is possible that the problem may correct itself and you may not have any further issues. You can consider monitoring for now.

I hope this helps
