Are Dry Cough And Vaginal Yeast Infection After Sex Signs Of HIV?

Hi! I want to ask about HIV. I m a woman and I had protected sex with a man about a month ago. However, we fooled around before we had protected vaginal sex and I think some of his precum got on or around my vaginal opening. We also performed unprotected oral. I was also using a contraceptive sponge that day. Since then, I ve developed a persistent dry cough. It s not severe, but I feel a constant slight itch in the back of my throat. I ve also had two vaginal yeast infection within the last month. First one occurred a few day after sex and the second one occurred three weeks later following a pap smear. I ve also notice a lost of appetite. I got a HIV test two weeks ago and it came out negative, but I m not over the window period yet. I ve also been under a lot of stress lately. Not sleeping and not eating well because of finals. I want to ask whether it s possible for me to get infected that way. What are my chances?
