Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
The pain at both places could be unrelated .If it is a burning sensation that you feel in your ears as well as shoulder , it could be gastric reflux in a very severe form.
It could be neck pain due to spondylitis that can be felt as stiffness of neck muscles causing ear ache , and pain arm .
being unrelated , it could be an infection of ear and a gall bladder problem referring pain to your shoulder.
More details can fetch a better answer.
Hope this information is useful to you and others.
Take care
