Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns . T 3 and T 4 levels in pregnancy are raised because of the increased protein levels in the body. Therefore in pregnancy we measure free T 3 and free T4 levels which give the correct functioning of the thyroid gland. Moreover, if TSH levels are normal, then the chances of any thyroid abnormalities are rare.I would suggest you to get your thyroid profile repeated for the abovementioned investigations.
Further management has to be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
