Are Episodes Of Dizziness, Ear Fullness, Tingling In Hand Signs Of Anxiety

I have been told I have anxiety.. but never treates for it. i have episodes of dizziness, ear fullness, tingling in hand. i feel clumbsy and feel like i i walk towards the right when walking. or it feels like in walking on a trampoline. I have also beeb having plaplitations for 2 weeks. im having my gall bladdrr removed on friday and iam scared to death.
