Are Episodes Of Dizziness For Days Affecting Daily Activities A Serious Concern?

Twice thlis year I have experienced dizziness,this can go on for three days. When wake in the morning is the worst,I arise very slowly but when I stand I move to the opposite direction to which I intended go almost like crab. When I bend over I get very dizzy no matter how slowly I come up.
