Are Esophageal Spasms Due To Enlarged Spleen And Liver?

I ve been having esophageal spasms and/or esophagitis for several weeks now. I was diagnosed with an enlarged spleen and liver (results of blood work still pending as to why they re enlarged) around the same time my esophageal issues started. I take 40mg Nexium BID (sometimes more) and a couple Zantac 150 s along with strong diet changes but still little relief. Could my spleen and liver be causing my esophageal issues?
