hello doctor my name is michael.. i've gal frnd of 20yrs old who's actually a transgender. well she got her operation done 5yrs back i mean her man hood got cut . now she wants to get her breasts grow were she's thinking about go for silicon .. but which i prefer not.. so we are thinking about the estrogen pills. so pls help us with some good pills so were she can grow her breasts.. plss a humble reqst

Consumption of oestrogen may help in increasing the size of the breasts to some extent; however it is not a reliable and safe way. The best way is to go for prosthesis and/or plastic surgery. The silicon prosthesis would be a good option as your friend has already suggested. When he got his penis removed, hoe could have undergone plastic surgery for the breast implants also.
