Hi
Fluctuating hormone levels due to birth control pill cause some women to have headaches and parasthesia. If you headache is unilateral involving half of the head only then most likely it can be migraine with unsual feeling on face (aura)
But to rule out posssibility of blood clot is very important ,you can get a MRI brain done, in case there is a clot in brain it will be revealed in MRI.
Birth control pills contains hormones and increases the risk of bleeding in brain(stroke) , so the possibility should be ruled out as early as possible
